At PhysioElements, we honor motherhood and believe in giving women the gift of time and self-care, so they can be the best version of themselves. When you become a mother, you are transitioning into a new phase of life that requires support, strength, and courage. Most women who embark on this exciting and life-changing journey are not fully aware of the physical and emotional hardships that they will encounter. We strive to work closely with other healthcare and wellness professionals who may be part of the mother’s team in providing a supportive experience.

Our Prenatal and Postpartum Program provides comprehensive physical therapy visits during the prenatal and postpartum periods, allowing our physical therapists to screen for and assess common prenatal and postpartum issues such as low back/SI joint pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and pelvic floor dysfunction.
